Break the Cycle. Protect Your Future. Get Sober.
A long-term outpatient program that combines real recovery with the documentation your defense needs.
Why Traditional Approaches Fall Short
Punishment alone
A sentence doesn't treat alcohol use disorder, so the risk of another arrest stays.
Treatment comes late
Many people don't get meaningful care until after sentencing, if ever.
Stretched systems
Heavy caseloads leave little room for individualized support.
A Better Way Forward
Treatment begins right away, before your case is resolved. The program is modeled on the long-term monitoring approach used for airline pilots and physicians, and it typically runs three to five years depending on your case and your needs.
1. Evidence-based treatment
Counseling, psychiatric and medical care aimed at the root causes of addiction.
2. Defense support
Progress reports and, when appropriate, testimony your attorney can present to the court.
3. Whole-person care
Mental health support, family involvement and relapse prevention for the long run.
What the Program Looks Like
Everyone starts with a full medical, psychiatric and substance use assessment. From there, care steps down as you build stability. This is a typical path; your plan is built around you.
Year one: building the foundation
All times are San Antonio (Central) time. Evening hours let most people keep working while they're in treatment.
Along the way: randomized drug and alcohol testing twice a week by LC-MS, physician visits, individual and family counseling, 24/7 remote monitoring, and weekly compliance reports to probation.
Year two: strengthening recovery
Continued group and individual work focused on emotional regulation, mental health and life skills, with medical care as needed.
Year three and beyond: lasting change
Ongoing groups, testing as required, relapse prevention, and the chance to mentor people who are just starting out.
Precision Recovery vs. Standard Probation

| When treatment starts | Right away, before sentencing | Often after sentencing, if at all |
| Plan | Built around you | One size fits all |
| Focus | Long-term sobriety and relapse prevention | Compliance |
| Legal support | Documented progress for your defense | Little or none |
