Probation Preservation Program

Probation at Risk? Keep Your Place in the Community.

A stricter, medically integrated program for people whose community supervision is in jeopardy, built to protect both the patient and the public.

Another Option for Judges and Prosecutors

When probation isn't working, revocation and prison are not the only choices. Our program adds structure and accountability that standard supervision can't provide on its own, and we work directly with probation and the specialty courts.

Twice-weekly testing

Randomized drug and alcohol testing by LC-MS, the most precise method available.

24/7 monitoring

A wearable device tracks signs of stress around the clock, so problems surface early.

Weekly reports

Compliance reports to probation covering testing, attendance and treatment progress, with consent.

What It Takes

This is a three- to five-year program, and the first six months are intense. Participants attend PHP and IOP, then continue with case management, counseling, groups and medical visits.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP) · 6 weeks
Monday through Friday, 5:00–9:00 p.m.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) · 16 weeks
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00–9:00 p.m.
Supportive Outpatient (SOP) · ongoing
Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00–8:00 p.m. With staff approval this can step down to once a week.

All times are San Antonio (Central) time. Evening hours let most people keep working while they're in treatment.
